Deskripsi
The window sees whoever comes and goes. The walls listen. The chair holds you. Even the hallway carries what words could not. In these stories, the everyday bears witness through friends, strangers, objects, and fleeting moments that hold the weight of what we break, what we mend, and what we dream again. Because what if home isn’t a place at all, but the stories that make us feel less alone? About Author: Anizabella Lesmana—or Bella, as most know her, is a writer, marketer, and storyteller at heart. She has been writing since childhood, first filling notebooks with magical realism tales and later sharing fragments of her world on her blog called “Belle Parole” and Instagram under #ProsebyBella. Her voice is shaped by a lifelong love of reading that includes bedtime stories with her mother, stacks of novels carried everywhere she went, and an insatiable curiosity for what ifs. When she’s not writing, Bella builds stories in other forms: as a marketing strategist who has led major brand campaigns in tech and FMCG, and as the co-creator of “Literasi (Literatur Suami Istri)”, a book-exchange, book reviews, and storytelling project with her husband, Ryan Adriandhy, a filmmaker, illustrator, and stand-up comedian. This debut book is a culmination of years of scribbles and rewrites that finally given a home. Bella’s writing blends intimacy with imagination, often told through unusual perspectives; a lamp, a window, a house–that always asking readers to look closer at the ordinary. She lives in Jakarta with Ryan, where they are building both a home and a little legacy of stories together.
