Sinopsis : This book discusses several aspects of Indonesian business law. It contains business organizations including partnerships, Limited Liability Companies (Perseroan Terbatas), and groups of companies. It also covers banking law based on Law Number 10 of 1998 on Banking, and the newest legislation which is Law Number 4 of 2023 on the Financial System Development and Strength. The book also discusses bankruptcy comprising several issues on bankruptcy based on Law Number 37 of 2004 regarding Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations. Indonesian law on negotiable instruments is also examined in the book. It elaborates on bills of exchange, promissory notes, cheques, receipts, etc. Intellectual property (IP) law is also provided in the book. It comprises copyright, trademarks geographical indication, patents, trade secrets industrial designs, plant variety protection, layout designs of integrated circuits, and protection of traditional knowledge and folklore. The book also contains a chapter on competition law.
