Memiliki akun LTMPT yang sudah permanen.<\/p>\n<p>2. Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) yang memiliki Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK).<\/p>\n<p>3. Siswa SMA\/MA\/SMK\/sederajat calon lulusan tahun 2022 harus memiliki Surat Keterangan Siswa SMA\/MA\/SMK Kelas 12 atau peserta didik Paket C tahun 2022 dengan umur maksimal 25 tahun per 1 Juli 2022.<br \/>\nCatatan:<br \/>\nSurat Keterangan Siswa Kelas 12 disertai dengan:<br \/>\n&#8211; Foto terbaru (berwarna)<br \/>\n&#8211; Stempel\/cap sekolah<br \/>\n&#8211; Tanda tangan Kepala Sekolah<\/p>\n<p>4. Siswa lulusan SMA\/MA\/SMK\/sederajat tahun 2020 dan 2021 atau lulusan Paket C tahun 2020 dan 2021 harus memiliki ijazah dengan umur maksimal 25 tahun per 1 Juli 2022. Bagi lulusan SMA sederajat dari luar negeri harus memiliki ijazah yang sudah disetarakan.<\/p>\n<p>5. Tidak lulus jalur SNMPTN pada tahun 2020, 2021, dan 2022.<\/p>\n<p>6. Persyaratan tes peserta:<br \/>\nPeserta yang akan memilih prodi Saintek maka mengikuti TPS, Bahasa Inggris, dan TKA Saintek;<br \/>\nPeserta yang akan memilih prodi Soshum maka mengikuti TPS, Bahasa Inggris, dan TKA Soshum; dan<br \/>\nPeserta yang akan memilih prodi Campuran (Saintek dan Soshum) maka mengikuti TPS, Bahasa Inggris, dan TKA Saintek dan TKA Soshum.<\/p>\n<p>7. Khusus Program Studi Kedokteran dan Kedokteran Gigi hanya dapat dipilih oleh siswa lulusan SMA\/MA jurusan IPA saja.<\/p>\n<p>8. Memiliki kesehatan yang memadai sehingga tidak mengganggu kelancaran proses studi.<\/p>\n<p>9. Bagi peserta yang memilih program studi bidang Seni dan Olahraga wajib mengunggah portofolio.<\/p>\n<p>10. Bagi peserta tuna netra wajib mengunggah Surat Pernyataan Tuna Netra. 11.
