Gramedia strive to provide satisfaction to all customers who shop at our site. Therefore we want to make sure that the product that the customer purchased the product is in good condition, complete and in accordance with the specifications.

If a customer receives defective goods / broken / incomplete, the customer can return the product to us with the following provisions:

  1. The reason for the return of goods that we can receive is:
    1. Damaged
      : broken upon delivery.
    2. Defects
      : defects from the manufacturer or not functioning.
    3. Wrong shipment
      : the goods ordered are not in accordance with the goods received.
    4. Incomplete
      : Incomplete completeness goods.
    5. Product does not fit
      : the specification offered does not match the items received.
  2. Procedures exchange of goods.
    1. Filing an application with a deadline of 7 (seven) calendar days after the item is received by email to: customercare@gramedia.com with subject: Application for Goods Exchange.
    2. Gramedia.com will respond no later than two (2) working days of the request being received.
  3. Requirements replacement of goods:
    1. Have proof of purchase: Order number and proof of payment.
    2. For non-book items:
      1. Goods in complete condition as when received (the original packaging, all accessories are still there).
      2. The goods have not been used.
    3. Send the product and attach proof of purchase to the address Operation Dept. Gramedia.com, to address TB Gramedia Jl. Matraman no. 46-48 Jakarta 13150 (telephone. 021-850 9733) with postage borne by Gramedia equivalent to postage Express Special PT Pos Indonesia;
  4. Gramedia will attempt to replace the goods in accordance with the original order, but if the item is no longer in our warehouse, then the Gramedia reserves the right to replace it with money worth of goods ordered plus postage has been paid by the customer.
