Gramedia tries to present stock data as accurate as possible, but we can not guarantee 100% that the data contained in our website is accurate. There is a possibility that the goods on the site called the "ready stock" but the reality is out of stock.

If the customer ordered goods and the supply of goods turned out empty, then Gramedia will do this:

  1. Contact the customer within a maximum period of 1 (one) working days after we receive your payment and give you two alternatives:
    1. Alternative A
      : offer a substitute product that is similar to the goods ordered.
    2. Alternative B
      : reimburse the customer.
  2. If Alternative B is the customer wants, Gramedia takes a maximum of 5 working days to process; (proposed additional provisions)
  3. Gramedia will implement any selected alternative customer.
